ARE PREP PROS MEALS NATURAL?

YES! Our meals are made without artificial additives, preservatives, or added sugar Additionally, our meals include Antibiotic-free Poultry, Grass Fed Beef, and Wild Seafood.

HOW LONG DO THE MEALS LAST?

Our meals are vacuum sealed to ensure freshness and last up to 10 days in the refrigerator, and even longer in the freezer.

DO YOU SERVE FROZEN MEALS?

No. Our meals are cooked and delivered FRESH.

WHAT AREAS DOES PREP PROS SERVICE?

We ship to all 50 states!

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

All meal plans are shipped from our kitchens once weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays to arrive at members’ doorsteps by Friday of the same week. Deliveries are made by FEDEX. Meals that arrive on Friday are intended for consumption the following week.

WHAT ELSE CAN BE ADDED TO MY MEAL PLAN?

We offer a ton of A La Carte options that can be added to any meal plan order!

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY MEALS?

You can choose your meals each week by logging in through our member portal. The menu will be updated every Wednesday and meal choices are due every Friday.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE NUTRITIONAL INFO FOR EACH MEAL?

Each meal's nutritional facts can be found on the meal label. They are also available when picking your meals on the website.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNT?

You can add a new payment method to your account by logging in through our member portal, clicking the drop down menu, and selecting “Payment Methods”. There you will be able to manage the card you would like to use as you default payment method if you have multiple cards on file with us.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You can easily click cancel in your member portal. Members have until 9 AM EST each Friday to turn off the upcoming auto renew and prevent from being billed for the following week’s delivery.

HOW DOES BILLING WORK?

Prep Pros is a subscription service. You are not locked in and can turn off auto-renew at any time. Your account will auto renew the FRIDAY PRIOR to delivery. Your account will renew for the same plan as before, you have until Friday at 9 AM EST to select your meals or postpone the delivery.
